What’s special about GuardHome?

GuardHome provides wireless security and alarm systems for homes and businesses. That means giving home and business owners the peace of mind that comes from knowing their families, homes and premises (including outbuildings) are protected from burglary, fire and many other threats. It also means helping elderly or disabled home owners to retain their independence while at the same time giving their loved ones the security of knowing that in an emergency they and any other appropriate services will be notified.Guardhome Franchising Equipment

There are some 20 million homes in the UK and only around 15% of them have security systems fitted. Most of these are traditional wired systems. It’s a fact that homes with security measures in place are 10 times less likely to be burgled than those without, and GuardHome has overcome many of the reasons why people don’t bother.

Guardhome Franchising Equipment GuardHome systems are among the most technologically advanced in the world, making full use of current developments in electronics, wireless technology, automation and the Internet to offer higher and smarter protection than before – yet they are easy to operate and quick to install – without any of the upheaval or redecorating required for traditional systems.

GuardHome systems are easy to re-configure when layouts or requirements change, and as well as protecting homes or premises, can be used to simply make life easier, energy efficient and greener – for example on an advanced installation light can be programmed to switch off a few minutes after you’ve left the house., so you don’t have to find your way out in the dark. Finally GuardHome combines a low cost of ownership with a very high level of customer service.

What do I earn as a franchisee?

You can reasonably expect to attain a level of 6 sales a month after 1 year of operation. At around £1000 per installation (including the first year’s maintenance and depending on the size of the property) that means that as a typical franchise you would be turning over between £60k - £80k in your first year.

Maintenance contracts are renewed annually, so as you build up your client base you also build up a considerable source of recurring income that effectively guarantees income each year with only a modest increase in costs.
